People Management Analysis

People Management Diagnostic Tool
Take this opportunity to find out how good your people management procedures are. Rodney Economic Development Trust, are pleased to offer you the chance to carry out a simple business analysis, of where your business currently stands in relation to its people management.

If your staff feel valued and part of the success of the business it follows that improved financial performance, increased profitability and strategic objectives are more likely to be met.

Every member of your company including you, needs to carry out an in confidence 'tick' exercise against approximately 20 questions. Once the forms are returned, Rodney Economic Development Trust will collate the answers, and produce a simple results analysis showing where your business is performing well, and where there are gaps. We can leave it there or offer advice and guidance as to available routes to fill the gaps.

This service is completely FREE and no follow up will be made unless requested. Please email chantelle@bizrodney.com for more info or call on (09) 4279475.
